    What Is Life Skills Development?

Life skills development helps NDIS participants build practical, everyday skills that support greater independence — from cooking and budgeting to communication and problem-solving. Your Choice Healthcare designs individualised programs that focus on real-world skills participants can use in daily life.

Our team works at each participant’s pace, celebrating progress and adjusting goals as confidence and ability grow, always keeping the focus on long-term independence.

    How This Support Is Funded

Skill-building supports are funded through an NDIS plan when they relate to your goals. We work with NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants. Because the amount of support differs between plans, we suggest checking yours or asking us to go through it with you.
